Cancellation, Refunds and Delivery

The short version. There is no subscription to cancel. If you have not used any credit from a pack, you can get a full refund within 7 days. Once a credit from a pack is used, that pack is not refundable. You are never charged for a generation that fails.

1. Cancellations

FabCV does not run on subscriptions. Every purchase is a one-time credit pack. Nothing renews on its own and we never charge you again unless you choose to buy again, so there is no subscription to cancel.

If you start a purchase but do not complete the payment, you are not charged.

2. When you can get a refund

Situation	What happens
You bought a pack and have not used any credit from it	Full refund if you ask within 7 days of purchase. This includes the GST you paid.
You have used any credit from the pack	That pack is not refundable. Credits are used the moment a result is produced.
A generation fails	You are not charged. Credits are only taken when a result is produced.
Credits were taken but you received no usable result	Tell us within 7 days and we will restore the credits to your balance.
You were charged twice, or the wrong amount	The extra amount is refunded in full, including GST.
You do not like how the AI phrased something	Not a ground for a refund. You can run it again with different context notes.
Your credits expired	Expired credits are not refundable.
You delete your account	Unused credits are forfeited, unless you are within the 7 day window above.
We stop offering the service	Unused credits are refunded.

3. How to ask for a refund

Email help@fabcv.com from the email address you use for FabCV.
Tell us the date and amount of the purchase, or the payment reference from your receipt.
We reply within 2 working days to tell you whether the refund is approved.

Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used, within 7 to 10 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Where GST was charged, the GST is refunded with the pack and we issue the credit note the law requires.

4. Delivery

FabCV is a digital service. Nothing is shipped.

Credits: added to your account once your payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes. If they have not appeared within 24 hours, write to us and we will add them or refund you.
Results: shown on screen as soon as a generation finishes, and available to download as a Word document. Saved results stay in your library until you delete them.
